MR. DEMILUS: My name is Gene Demilus. I am the general manager at C.F. McCarthy's in Canton.

MR. BRENNAN: Thank you. How long have you been the general manager at C.F. McCarthy's in Canton for?

MR. DEMILUS: I remember one of the detectives' names. I do not remember the other detective.

MR. DEMILUS: It was Detective Bukhenik. Yuri. Detective Yuri Bukhenik.

MR. BRENNAN: At some point, was he allowed to download information from the surveillance system?
