Procedural - Exhibits
11 linesMR. LALLY: Judge, the first thing is — counsel this morning and yesterday looked at exhibits and I believe that we were pretty close. We had one exhibit that needed to be dealt with. Miss Little, what number is that one again?
MS. LITTLE: 155.
MR. LALLY: This is exhibit 155. I'll let Miss Little take it from there.
MS. LITTLE: Yes. There's just one page, your honor, I believe, and my number is not perfect, but I believe that we were going to have this redacted last. I think there's just one line here that needs to be.
JUDGE CANNONE: Is the Commonwealth in agreement with that one line?
MR. LALLY: No objection. I believe those were redacted last time. So the redaction, it can go into it.
JUDGE CANNONE: Great. I'll see if I have a Sharpie. I think we probably have one here. I definitely have one somewhere. All right. That's number one. And number two is — can counsel look at the verdict slips and just tell me if they're okay?
JUDGE CANNONE: You'll see that it's not what you provided me yesterday.
MR. YANNETTI: I anticipated.
JUDGE CANNONE: Jurors, I understand you want to go home. It's been a long day for us. We appreciate everything you've done today. I do have to tell you those same cautions. Please do not discuss this case with anyone. Don't do any independent research or investigation into the case. If you happen to see, hear, or read anything about the case, please disregard it and let us know. Do not talk to anyone, and that includes each other. So when you walk out the deliberation door, you have to stop talking about this case. Even when you come into the courtroom, don't mutter anything to each other. Certainly not on the ride or anything like that. So it's very important that you remember that. And you cannot — even if you get here before you're called into court on Monday, you can't discuss the case then either.
JUDGE CANNONE: And that goes for the alternates as well. So we really appreciate that. Watch your social media use and the papers and the news. Stay away from all of that if you can this weekend. We'll see you Monday morning ready to start fresh. with the media. Let's see if we can turn to our other camera that's there on the ground. We also have Grace Wong, one of our producers. Let's try to listen in and see if she says anything. So, down to you today. Very well. Very well. Talk about the closing — how do you feel it went? I mean, your side. I don't think mine could have gone better. What do you want — what does it feel like now that it's in the hands of the jury? What does it feel like? I mean, it's just — riding. I'm anxious. Ready? Just — you said butterflies.
