Steven Mullaney responded to 34 Fairview Road in snow and darkness. He saw John O’Keefe on the front lawn and helped firefighters move him to a stretcher. He described Karen Read as screaming and distraught. He also testified that Canton dispatch later advised officers she was making suicidal statements; he did not say he heard those statements himself.
