Give your attendance and you shall be heard. God save the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
JUDGE CANNONE: This court is in session. Please be seated. Good morning, counsel. Good morning, Ms. Read. Good morning, jurors. So I have to ask you those same questions. Were you all able to follow my instructions and refrain from discussing this case with anyone since we left here on Friday? Everyone said yes and nodded affirmatively. Were you also able to follow the instructions and refrain from doing any independent research or investigation into this case? Everyone said yes and nodded affirmatively. Did anyone happen to see, hear, or read anything about this case since we left here on Friday? Everyone said no or shook their heads. So Mr. Foreman, with that, we're going to send you back out to deliberate.
COURT CLERK: All rise for the court, please. Please exit the courtroom.
JUDGE CANNONE: Please pause the proceedings. All right. So Mr. McDermott handed me something that I'm going to go read. All right. And we'll see you. Court officers will give you instructions on where to be and no more than ten minutes away. Okay. Your Honor, which provides for the version that was sent to the court? I don't. The version — whatever I have, I have not yet read. Correct. Okay.
MR. YANNETTI: We'd like to replace that. We noticed some errors. There were different versions that were circulated amongst our team, and we believe the incorrect version was filed. So we would, if you have ten minutes, we can file the correct version.
JUDGE CANNONE: Okay. Has the Commonwealth seen whatever it is that Mr. Yannetti's talking about?
MR. BRENNAN: I just received it in the courtroom. They may have sent it earlier. I just looked at it a couple minutes ago. So I need some time.
JUDGE CANNONE: Okay. We'll make sure he has the updated version as well. Okay. All right. Thank you.
COURT OFFICER: Court is back in session. You may be seated.
JUDGE CANNONE: Alright jurors, we appreciate how hard you've worked today. It's been a long day. I'm going to send you home. So I do have to give you those cautions. Please do not discuss this case with anyone. Don't do any independent research or investigation into the case. If you happen to see, hear, or read anything about the case, please disregard it and let us know. Be careful with your social media use. And I think what's a good idea to do is when you leave here, just leave the case here. Literally, figuratively, just clear your day, get some fresh air, and we'll see you tomorrow.
